Delivery

Standard Shipping within the UK - Signed For in 3-5 days - £1.99

95% of the time orders will be received before the 5 working days. 

Royal Mail Signed for Next Day Delivery - £4.95

Please note, orders received by 12:30pm will be dispatched the same day, after this they will be dispatched the next working day.

Outside of the UK with Royal Mail International - £10 

Returns

Our standard policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For Christmas returns - any orders placed on or after 30th October 2020 are eligible for a refund up until the 14th January 2021.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email your order number, name and reason for return to support@thegoodauracompany.com

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers and books cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items (at our discretion)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thegoodauracompany.com.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@thegoodauracompany.com with your order number. Please note, we can only accept exchanges on items that have been unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Shipping - Returning Your Items
To return your product, please email support@thegoodauracompany.com within 14 days of receiving your item to confirm that you would like to return your item. Please email your name, order number and reason. We will respond within 24 hours confirming where to send your order to.

Please note that as a small business, we do not cover postage costs to return an item and recommend that you send it tracked and delivered. We do not take any responsibility for a return until it has been signed for and received to our Warehouse address, which will be given to you via email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as any discounts used from the full order amount.
